Your role

As SME for Facility Management System (FMS), you are responsible for the development, management, and use of Saab's global property systems in a way that creates long-term value. You have overall responsibility for ensuring that the organization's needs, priorities, and requirements are translated into solutions through close collaboration between Property, IT, Security, Procurement, and external suppliers.

The role combines strategic, tactical, and operational responsibilities. Within the administration, you work according to the PM3 model in the role of Business Solution Manager (BSM). During the year, you will also become a key person in the ongoing migration of FMS to a cloud solution.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive the development and management of FMS together with the Business Service Owner (BSO) based on business needs.
• Identify, coordinate, and prioritize global needs, requirements, and change initiatives in close collaboration with Property, IT, suppliers, and partners.
• Act as the link between the business and IT, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements.
• Develop and monitor the administration plan, roadmap, and budget together with IT and suppliers.
• Ensure that FMS is the single source of truth for Saab's global location and master data, and develop relevant integrations.
• Contribute to the Property IT team's digitalization work, including AI and data-driven decision support.
• Drive issues from need to implementation with a focus on security, quality, and long-term sustainability.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is confident in a senior role and has experience with business-critical systems in complex organizations. You may have a background in business or IT, but possess the ability to understand both perspectives and translate needs into sustainable solutions.

You have experience in several of the following areas:

• IT Management, system administration, requirements management, integrations, and testing.
• Facility Management, such as operation and administration of properties and workplaces.
• Project management, preferably within construction or property projects.
• Process development and continuous improvement work.
• Documentation as well as the creation of user support, training materials, and procedures.
